If the Sensors
If the sensors
Were sensitive enough
They could detect the neural patterns
That lead to vast networks
Of intersecting, weaving, multiplying nerve impulses
Stemming from thoughts inside a billion brains
Fed by all the nutrients of our Earth -
The air, sea, dirt, rocks, animals, plants, humans
All their beings energies
Forming a neural network of thought waves
Eight billion humans participating
Knowingly or not
Contributing who & what they are
Their thoughts, perceptions, emotions, actions -
All in the great consciousness
Some live in this universe
This unrestricted, undefined, existence
Aloof to the death around them
Knowing death is life
And life is death
And all the circles
End up the same -
Back where they began
For another rotation
Another cycle of never-ending bliss
A state of mind, my dear
Like you & I
Sitting here, under stars
Breathing marine air
Your hand in mine
Our eyes gazing over bay, city & the sea
Our bodies reunited, temporarily.
